  • Order Management/Documentation
  • Coordination with Head Office
  • Process imports as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
  • Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance to organizational policies
  • Management of communication with customers as well as suppliers
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all orders, sales, and after-sales processes
  • Preparation of order reports
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
  • High customer service orientation
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Driving license is a plus
Salary AED 5000- 6000 + Standard benefits as per UAE law
