The Operations Manager (payroll) is responsible for overseeing and growing a Payroll Operations Team, utilizing an industry proven HRIS (gulfHR) to optimize client satisfaction. Key priorities include customer service excellence, innovation, building credibility, and meeting performance deadlines while aligning with company values. This position is suitable for candidates with Global/International payroll background.Responsibilities:Finance: Ensure company profitability by expanding the business, managing costs, growing customer base, and handling operational budgets. Focus on optimizing debt collection for liquidity.Customer: Maintain high client retention through quality service, timely payroll submissions, and building strong client relationships. Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and provide value-added services.Internal Processes: Manage a team of Payroll Account Managers, adapt to accommodate new clients, and ensure comprehensive payroll management. Utilize the HRIS system effectively, comply with labor laws, and uphold quality standards and SOPs.Learning & Growth: Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain) to improve processes and future-proof operations. Develop and recommend procedural improvements, gather feedback, and provide continuous training for Payroll Account Managers.Requirements:Bachelors degree in finance or business-related field, with knowledge of HR processes preferred.5-8 years of experience in Payroll operational management.Proficiency in project management, HRIS software, business analytics, and data visualization tools.Familiarity with AI and Blockchain is advantageous.Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in handling payrolls of varying sizes and knowledge of related software.
