Signature Stay Holiday Homes Boutique is seeking a hands-on Operations & Guest Relations Officer to take full ownership of day-to-day business operations across our properties in Dubai. This is a full operations role, not a front-desk position, designed for someone who thrives on structure, initiative, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily property operations including housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and readinessManage guest communications, arrivals, and resolve issues with professionalism and warmthCoordinate with cleaners, technicians, suppliers, and third-party vendorsEnsure DTCM compliance, maintain inventory, and manage reportingWork directly with the founders to optimize systems and improve operational efficiencyRequirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant operations or hospitality experience in DubaiCurrently residing in Dubai; candidates outside the UAE will not be consideredValid UAE driving license and own car mandatory for the roleExcellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plusHighly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressureTech-savvy with property management or channel manager tools (e.g., Guesty, Hospitality)Ability to manage people, processes, and overall performance, not just individual tasksWhat We Offer:Health insuranceEmployment visa and official contractGrowth opportunities in a boutique hospitality companyAdditional benefits discussed during the interview
