We offer a range of services including express door-to-door delivery, cross-border trucking, sea and air freight, warehousing, storage, and project cargo services. We also offer contract and third-party logistics services to our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Operations executive-Export /Import Operations at SPEED LINE LLC in Dubai. The Operations executive will be responsible for overseeing the Air/Sea end-to-end export and import activities, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods, and the day-to-day operations of our land freight and trucking services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods while maintaining high-quality service standards, managing inventory levels, entering all data in the system as per requirement, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly in compliance with UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department, and handle the Air/Sea Import process.
• Manage material/Consignment levels and ensure that products are delivered on time and in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with Network agencies to procure rates negotiate rates, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers in the UAE to ensure timely placement of trucks. Liaise with drivers and third-party carriers to schedule shipments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, delivery records transportation documents, in compliance with company policy, and enter the data as per the ERP software requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and resolve issues.
• Manage department budgets in compliance with company policy and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations management in the UAE or GCC.

Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, Any ERP exposure).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
