Job Description

SummaryResponsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
  2. Conduct professional consultations with clients, managing and exceeding all service expectations.
  3. Perform classic Female & Male Manicures and Pedicures, Russian-style manicures, Hand & Foot Massages, Nail repairs, as well as basic Gel or Acrylic/Extension.
  4. Experience in performing waxing, threading, or lash extensions is considered a valuable asset.
  5. Successfully achieve sales targets through effective up-selling, cross-selling, and retail sales.
  6. Maintain inventory of professional nail products, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.
  7. Perform all services in strict adherence to the highest sanitary and hygiene standards, upholding the salons reputation for excellence.
  8. Assist to check-in/check-out guests when required.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-end nail spa or salon.
  • Proficient in English fluency in additional languages is highly preferred.
  • Punctual and highly organized, with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Open and eager to learn and develop professionally within the industry.
