Job Description

  • Timely issuance of new and existing policies/ endorsements along with necessary clerical work required.
  • Tending to requests received and preparing quotations/ new offers with required information ASAP.
  • Abide by company policies & standards to observe & minimize risk factor.
  • Prepare the renewal notices and follow up with clients both individual & group.
  • Preparing monthly production data, statistical reports and other reports as and when requested by the Management.
  • Provides support to the clients & team members to resolve any and all concerns during the process of motor policy issuance.
  • Liaising with accounting Department in regards to payments from clients, collections, due dates etc.
  • Ensuring the complaints from clients/insurance companies are addressed in an effective manner.
  • Meeting new and existing clients and record statistics of clients take on different auto insurance policies.
  • Initiating and suggesting strategies that can make the company profitable in terms of revenue & quality.
Requirements
  • UAE Insurance experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Education: Bachelors (Preferred)
  • Knowledge: Relevant market conditions for auto-insurance & Good marketing aids
  • Skills: Ability to empathize with clients, Proactive, Analytical, Dynamic, Team Player, multitasking and Result Oriented
  • Desire to gain knowledge & skills and willingness to be trained during the job tenure
