Job Description

Job Title: Mortgage AdvisorAre you a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for finance and sales Insights seeks talented Mortgage Advisors to join our team in Dubai. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients secure the perfect mortgage solutions for their residential and commercial property financing needs.Please note that this is a Commission Opportunity with a Hybrid work modeResponsibilities:

  • New business generation.
  • Relationship Management and networking with real estate and developers.
  • Deal directly with bank representatives.
  • Pipeline Management and reporting.
  • Maintain Client relationships and portfolios.
  • Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, and Arabic is a plus (English is required)
  • The candidate should be present in the UAE (Required)
  • Proven Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Education:
  • Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Sales: Min. 1 year (Required)
Salary:
  • Commission Only
Commission:
  • Up to 50%
