This is not simply our job, its our passion.About YouMixologist should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, demonstrating proficiency in similar job roles. Holding a WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent bar courses is essential. International experience is a plus. We are seeking an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a proven ability to work well in a team under pressure. Leading by example, the candidate should be dynamic, energetic, and creative, embracing a positive can do attitude. The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, coupled with self-motivation and a passion for F&B, is crucial. Strong multitasking skills without compromising on quality, excellent communication (both verbal and written) in business English, good business admin skills, and a keen understanding of new worldwide market trends are highly desirable qualities.About The RoleWork closely with the head bartender to maintain quality standards and improve procedures. Handle financial aspects, including verifying invoices and managing guest checks. Execute opening and closing checklists for bar mise en place and prepare beverages. Engage with guests, suggest and serve drinks, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures. Supervise table/bar management, oversee cleanliness, and follow hygiene standards. Foster teamwork, coordinate with peers, and fulfill additional duties as assigned.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
