The Merchant Partnerships Executive will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with merchants to enhance our reward programs and strengthen customer engagement. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting new merchant partners, negotiating and executing partnership agreements, monitoring program performance, and providing support to merchant partners.Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships with merchants
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze program performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of the rewards, employee benefits, or loyalty management industry
  • Familiarity with technology solutions for program administration and data analytics
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English is required.
