Job Description

Develop and implement manpower plans to address departmental needs, control staffing levels, manage replacement searches, and maintain a talent pool. Prepare and manage the HR recruitment budget and ensure timely mobilization of resources for local and overseas hiring.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure, ensuring adherence to structured interview guidelines.Ensure all recruitment processes are documented, auditable, and compliant with labor laws and We One policies.Plan and execute overseas recruitment trips, evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies against contractual terms, and manage the social media communication strategy for various job profiles.Prepare and submit timely and accurate HR MIS reports, such as monthly staff strength, nationality ratio, recruitment activity, monthly manpower, and attrition reports, ensuring data quality.Design, develop, and maintain the organizations recruitment processes, including measurement and reporting. Ensure all recruitment functions are documented and auditable, maintaining accuracy of candidate assessment sheets, offer letters, employment contracts, and demand letters.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify manpower needs, improve selection processes, and enhance recruitment productivity through regular communication and quality checks.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
