Working together and delivering what we say we will is really important to us.As an integral member of the People & Culture team we are looking for a generalist to support all the corporate teams across Amsterdam, Qatar, Dubai & Singapore reporting to the VP, People & Culture Middle East & Asia Pacific.The role is very diverse, and the ideal candidate will be very flexible with the way they work and always up for a challenge.

  • Compensation & Benefits - Annual pay reviews, all Insurance processing (medical, life, workmans comp)and administration
  • Payroll - Monthly payroll for Amsterdam, Qatar, Dubai & Singapore (joiners, leavers, changes in payroll, pension administration)
  • Administration - Letters, Contracts, Visas, change of status
  • Recruitment - posting roles, interviewing, negotiating contracts
  • Performance Management - goal setting, annual reviews, talent management
  • Fun - organisation of events throughout the year for the teams, celebrate life events and milestones!
  • Learning & Development - ensuring the corporate team have access to the learning they need
  • Culture - Engagement survey management
  • Assistance with pre-opening hotels
