The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in the services industry, with at least 10 years specifically in Managed Services. This managerial role requires a hands-on expert with experience in preparing and negotiating contracts, crafting service offers, and delivering high-quality customer solutions.Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Managed Services contracts and offers.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms.
  • Support strategic service initiatives and drive growth in Managed Services.
  • Collaborate closely with our branches, flying to meet prospects and customers as needed.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Leverage consultancy experience to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
  • 20+ years of experience in the services industry.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Managed Services.
  • 5+ years of experience in management
  • Consultancy Background
  • Willingness to travel to branch locations for client meetings.
