Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Part 145 organization, ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with the regulations and standards set forth by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and other relevant aviation regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Part 145 organization and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with regulations and standards set forth by EASA, and other relevant aviation regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the facilities to ensure that they are adequate and appropriately equipped to perform the required maintenance activities.
  • Updating the MOE to reflect current procedures and reflect latest amendments of the regulation.
  • Maintain a high safety level as defined in the Company Safety Policy.
  • Establish and Maintain effective communication and collaboration with customers and suppliers. Manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations and compliance with financial targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field OR or an aircraft technician or maintenance engineer qualification with additional education that is acceptable to TMCAD.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance management
  • Strong knowledge of EASA, and other relevant aviation regulations and standards in particularly PART 145 regulations.
  • Knowledge of the relevant maintenance methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
