FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the overall management of the machineries and equipment in Marlin Interiors
Lead a team in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining efficiently a wide range of furniture and interiors machineries and equipment to ensure the efficient operation and reduce downtime.
Implement preventive maintenance activities and ensure that all maintenance works / activities are carried out in accordance with proper safety procedures and plant standard operation requirements.
Provides comprehensive reports for every machinery and equipment breakdowns.
Must communicate, coordinate, discuss and update any problem arises within the area of responsibilities for proper action on people involve.
Must update spare parts requirements especially on critical machineries.
Must provide machines and equipment history records for easy reference on future evaluation.
Must train and upgrade maintenance staff for skills upgrading and development.
Must provide training on operators in proper operation procedures on machineries and equipment to avoid machine damage.
Coordinate with Government accredited agencies in relation to fire safety.
