Job Description

  • **Presales Support:
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and sales pitches.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to showcase the value of our data and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight our technical capabilities.
  • **Solution Architecture:
  • Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing SAS, EnterpriseDB, and Altair RapidMiner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and client expectations.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • **Technical Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the data and analytics domain, particularly in relation to SAS, EnterpriseDB, and Altair RapidMiner.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on data management, analytics, machine learning, and database solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the presales process or project implementation.
  • **Client Engagement:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate data and analytics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our solutions and services.
  • **Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in the development of technical training programs for internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and technical blogs.
