Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Knowledge Hub Manager - Proposals to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and develop a centralized content library and work with proposals team to streamline the content development process.What Youll Be Doing

• Leads the project for developing a centralized content library.
• Works with Proposal Managers, Proposal Coordinators, and Technical Leads to identify useful content for the content library.
• Reviews past proposals regularly to capture useful content and ensures it is saved in the content library.
• Develops and maintains a centralized content library for all proposal-related information such as reusable content, awards, plaudits, standard write-ups, lessons learned, etc.
• Ensures the library is easily accessible, user-friendly, and regularly updated with the latest information.
• Reviews and assesses the existing content to enhance the overall structure, flow, and layout.
• Coordinates with the US team to ensure best practices and other useful material are kept in the content library.
• Develops proposal content by acting as a Bid Writer on opportunities. Ensures the customized content is updated for use in other future relevant proposals.
• Proofreads and performs routine editorial functions, including formatting and stylesheet verification, copy editing, and some production planning.
• Ensures compliance of all assigned documents with their required presentation, correct use of paragraph headings and numbering, referencing of illustrative and tabular matter, and applicable bibliographic styles.
• Ensures consistency in the application of technical abbreviations and acronyms, figure and table callouts and captions, and handling of boilerplate materials.
• Ensures Project Depot (project references repository) and Peoples & Profile (CV repository) are kept up-to-date.
• Promotes and creates awareness of the use of the content library.
• Assists with the creation of new project sheets and collateral.
• Leads storyboarding sessions on key proposals and provides an initial outline of the proposal utilizing past content.
• Maintains a culture of open communication and encouragement to bring ideas forward for the betterment of the team.
• Conducts performance reviews and makes appropriate recommendations for required actions, including recommendations for advancement, changes in status, or corrective action.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Experience working with relational database systems
• Native English speaker and ability to write contents

• Advanced leadership, organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, diplomatically de-escalates situations, take charge when needed, and make sound decisions under pressure

• Ability to analyze large text and provide suggestions to make it more structured
• Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
