• A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a Kids Club role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVEs award-winning Service Quality.
• Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
• Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to oversee a busy kitchen and deliver a FIVE-Star Experience for our guests.
• Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow FIVERs.
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVEs Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, FIVE-Styled demeanour.
• An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do! Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafts and Delivers a daily Activity Programme for children with a FIVE-Styled Touch, ensuring each activity is Bespoke, Engaging, and Age-Appropriate.
• Always sets a FIVE-Star Example for fellow team members, Embodying the Gold Standard of the Kids Club.
• Coaches, trains, motivates, and appraises FIVE Tribe Members with a focus on providing Industry-Leading Service, assuming Responsibility for the Development of the Kids Club Team.
• Liaises with the Kids Club Manager regarding any issues that arise, demonstrating a Sensational Approach to conflict resolution.
• Covers the Kids Club Managers time off, ensuring the Kids Club maintains the same standards of Exceptional Service.
• Assists with Disciplinary Administrative Tasks, ensuring a top-notch Approach to maintaining order.
• Develops positive working Relationships with all Departments, fostering a Collaborative Vibe at FIVE.
• Ensures that Fellow FIVERs keep the Kids Club area, equipment, and toys clean, well-maintained, and sterilised where appropriate.
• Helps organise and host special events, delivers briefings, and positively interacts with Young Guests at all times.
• Ensures Adherence to weekly Responsibilities and Tasks set by the Kids Club Manager, maintaining a High level of Service.
• Remains Flexible and willing to Assist in all other Duties, within reason, as requested by the Team Manager.
