Job Description

Arabic and English Speaker with a Valid Driving License - E-commerce Experience PreferredWe are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Arabic and English Speaker with a Valid Driving License. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company.Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
  • Must hold a driving license.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce field is advantageous, demonstrating a solid understanding of online marketplace operations and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Approach key sellers and onboard them to our platform
  • Manage and nurture key client accounts as an Account Manager, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Actively promote products and services, maximizing customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Remuneration:
  • The salary range for this position is 4000-6000 dirhams, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
