What is the roleTo join Silkhaus founding team, we are searching for a talented Junior Interior Designer looking to grow and expand their creativity. Join our team if youre interested in starting your career in a fast-paced environment that provides exposure to what it feels to have an impact on travellers all over the world and property management as an industry.What Youll Do

• Provide design support in line with Silkhaus design aesthetic
• Establish logical action plans to complete work and provide technically sound solutions within deadline and budget constraints.
• Execute design standards and oversee all works conducted within SIlkhaus-operated units
• Negotiate with furniture and services suppliers for cost-efficient execution of design
• Manage landlord communications during unit Transformation phase

What Youll Need

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong ability to resolve issues utilizing sound judgment and reasoning skills
• Professional, ethical, and committed to excellence in communications
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other co-workers, departments, suppliers, or business units
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Canva, and/or equal programs to produce drawings, mood boards, and presentation material.
• Outstanding conceptual and design skills as well as communication and client facing skills
• Driving license

Who You Might Be

• 1-2 years interior designing experience or experience in using AutoCad or Sketch-up.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design.
• Experience working on large-scale residential projects
