Job Description

Your roleAs a Junior Graphic Designer at Beaconsmind, you will be an integral part of our creative team, working closely with senior designers and other departments to create visually appealing and effective designs. Youll have the opportunity to hone your design skills, learn from experienced professionals, and make a significant impact on our marketing materials and brand identity.Your profile

  • Design Creation: Create eye-catching and innovative graphic designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and solutions that effectively communicate our brand and marketing messages.
  • Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and suitability for marketing use.
  • Research: Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
  • Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate constructive feedback from team members and clients into design revisions.
  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique design solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
