We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job Summary:The Junior Controller will assist in managing the financial operations of IFZA. This role will focus on supporting the financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions, providing accurate financial data and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting process, helping to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Analyze variances and report findings to senior management.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and analyze expenses to identify areas for cost savings. Assist in developing strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Internal Controls: Support the development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to financial standards and regulations.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
  • Data Analysis: Perform financial data analysis to support business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Stay updated with changes in financial laws and regulations.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of IFRS principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI and financial management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
