Job Description

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing creative agency, specializing in graphic design and web development. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for their valued clients, managing daily requests and ensuring seamless execution across various teams and disciplines. You will drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies while delivering digital and print solutions to enhance business success. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project coordination from conception to delivery, meeting client expectations, and surpassing industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand clients needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and developers in the execution of graphic design and web development projects.
  • Manage the work load and schedule for all designers to ensure there isnt a bottleneck.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client pitch decks and strategy decks. Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends, market research, and client requirements.
  • Oversee the final quality control process for all creative assets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines. Attention to detail is crucial, including the ability to spot and correct typos.
  • Track retainer clients time sheet and keep the clients updated on a weekly basis.
  • Foster effective communication channels within the team and with clients to ensure clarity, alignment, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources and manage project workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager/Project Manager in an agency setting, preferably working with liquor brands. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail. Capable of meeting strict deadlines and adapting to changing demands.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
