Job Description

We are partnering with a prominent financial services company in their search for an IT Director. This pivotal role involves shaping the companys technology landscape and leading the IT department to support and enhance business operations.The role:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems and applications align with organizational needs.
  • Technology Vision: Contribute to strategic initiatives by providing technology insights and recommendations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • IT Operations Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of IT operations within the company.
  • Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems in line with strategic objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of financial and technological assets.
  • Technology Solutions: Identify and assess the companys technology needs, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering their development and ensuring they stay current with industry advancements.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation projects and system upgrades to modernize and enhance the companys technological capabilities.
About you:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in digital transformation and system upgrades.
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in Information Technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AX365 technology, with proven experience in managing and developing this system.
  • Skills: Excellent strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills.
  • Team Development: Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team, with a focus on talent growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of emerging technology trends and their application in a business setting.
