The Global Service Desk Team is central to the success of the organisation and works with the regional Service Desk IT teams in Asia, Europe and North America to monitor and maintain the service to ensure maximum uptime and service delivery to the business.The IT Project Analyst provides hands on experience to support the delivery of Marex Global projects for end users, as well as providing BAU support as required to aid the Service Desk for escalations and requests.The highly skilled IT Projects Analyst will both assist in the design and implement new strategies for the organisation to succeed as well as embedding Marex model office standards to ensure a highly efficient end user experience. Projects will need to be planned and stakeholders managed to ensure expectations are understood and met.The role will involve travel to regional offices and out of hours work as required.Responsibilities
