We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Islamic Studies Teacher to educate students on the principles, history, and teachings of Islam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that promote understanding of Islamic values, culture, and ethics, while fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver comprehensive lessons on Islamic theology, jurisprudence (Fiqh), Quranic studies, Hadith, and Islamic historyDevelop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum and educational standardsEncourage student participation, critical thinking, and discussions related to Islamic teachingsAssess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and class participationPromote Islamic morals, ethics, and values in the classroomOrganize and supervise religious activities, events, and field tripsMaintain discipline and a positive learning environmentCommunicate regularly with parents and school administration about student progressStay updated on Islamic scholarship and pedagogical best practicesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Islamic Studies, Shariah, Theology, or EducationTeaching certification or experience in Islamic education (preferred)Strong knowledge of the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, and Islamic historyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage students of different age groups and backgroundsFluent in Arabic and/or English (depending on the medium of instruction)Patient, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach
