Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prosperous Quantitative Investment Management Firm based in Dubai - UAE. ONOS Labs is scaling the investor relations team. This role is FULLY REMOTE and is ideal for candidates who are looking to gain project management/investor relations experience at a thriving firm, and that have an interest in Investments in the Forex & Alternative Markets.We are looking for an investor relations intern, analyst or associate to join the team to support on all aspects of investor relations, with the prospect of experience in more direct fundraising as the team continues to expand.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to support on the fundraising process
  • Respond to DDQs and ad-hoc investor enquiries
  • Developing and maintaining the CRM database
  • Producing high quality marketing materials and presentations
  • Coordinating investor meetings and press conferences
  • Work closely with the investment team, legal team and wider business to provide support on all functions and areas of the business
  • Help managers with specific tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-3 years of experience with institutional investors
  • Experience within asset management is ideal private markets experience is a plus
  • Experience working in client services/investor relations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Additional European languages would be a plus
  • Passionate about Investments
  • Motivated to join a growing and entrepreneurial business
  • Can work well individually, but also as part of a team
