Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and effective communication.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to introduce products/services, understand client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries, provide information, and build rapport.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the development of sales strategies and follow up on leads generated.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the IT Services, Technology or IT Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
