We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Applications, Landlines, various IT applications, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of IT principles.Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to employees regarding software, hardware, and network issues.- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Applications, Landlines, various IT applications, software, and hardware.- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new IT initiatives and improve existing systems.- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and security checks.- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Train employees on IT tools and applications to enhance their productivity and efficiency.- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Familiarity with Landline systems and VoIP technologies.- Strong technical knowledge of IT applications, systems, networks, software, and hardware.- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
