  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Implement and manage security tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
  • Investigate security breaches and perform forensic analysis.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Policy and Procedure Development:
  • Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct security awareness training for employees
Network and System Security:
  • Design and implement secure network architectures.
  • Manage and secure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Ensure the secure configuration of hardware and software.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into overall IT infrastructure.
  • Communicate security risks and issues to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Education:o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.
  • Proven experience with security operations, risk management, and incident response.
Certifications:o Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly desirable.Technical Skills:o Proficiency with security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption).o Strong understanding of network protocols, systems architecture, and security architecture. o Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
