The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of essential IT systems and be eager to learn and contribute to our team. This role requires practical skills in various IT areas including Office 365 Administration, Azure, Networking, Device Management, and security.We are seeking a capable Information Technology Engineer with extensive experience in system support and a good understanding of IT security. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a proven track record of managing complex, high-performance enterprise systems. This role requires direct decision-making abilities and effective communication skills, particularly in conveying security issues to both peers and management.The candidate must be a team player and have experience in teamwork, with a proven background in IT system engineering. Must be able to demonstrate skills required in direct decisions, ability to communicate security issues to peers and management; must possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in managing complex and high-performance enterprise systems, focused on the security aspects.What youll do:In this role, the candidate will work collaboratively with Software, DevSecOps, and IT engineers to monitor and manage our systems; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in our QA, stage, and production environments.

• Assist in the administration and support of Office 365 and Azure environments.
• Provide support for networking components such as Firewalls, Switches and Wi-Fi.
• Help manage and maintain firewalls and implement security updates and patching.
• Support IT asset management and ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
• Assist with Windows troubleshooting and IT service management tasks.
• Manage and support Intune for device management.
• Handle email administration file access management and backup.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Coordinate with the SOCs lead the security posture of the IT infrastructure.

What youll need:

• Hands-on experience in Office 365 administration and Azure.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience in firewall management and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of security updates, patching, and IT service management principles.
• Experience with Intune, Windows troubleshooting, and email administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in IT (e.g., MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified).

Requirements

• Engineering/ Computer Science of similar technical degree.
• 5 years of experience as IT/System Administrator.
