Job Description

IT Analyst/Lead Salary Up to 20k AED per month Location Flexible Dubai/Abu DhabiWe are representing one of our clients, a leading financial services company based in the UAE (with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai), who offer a wide range of investment products and services, including equity trading, commodities, FX, and more.They are searching for a dynamic and flexible IT Analyst/lead to support their existing business, whilst strengthening their IT capabilities in-line with the growth of the organisation.Required Skills, Experience, and attributes:

  • A strong grounding in IT support, administration and delivery, whether as a IT Analyst/Lead, or IT Manager with at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Has led, or contributed to the management of a businesss end to end IT function/requirements.
  • A highly collaborative, supportive and positive approach.
  • Has experience of, and values mentorship of less experienced team members.
  • An advocate of knowledge transfer.
  • A strong, broad functional IT knowledge/experience.
  • Experience with financial trading platforms financial trading platforms such as MT5, CQG and TT admin and configuration.
  • IT/Cyber Security systems identifying requirements and managing security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
  • Hardware Manage and support with resolving issues in servers, computers, network devices, storage systems, and peripheral devices.
  • Networks Manage and support with resolving issues in components such as routers, switches, firewalls, including exposure to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Bridge and fix API technology.
  • Experience with system administration of Windows servers, desktops and desktop applications.
  • Experience of working in a similar role within a financial services.
  • Experience of working in a start-up/scale-up business would be beneficial.
  • Must have full UAE driving license and own car regular travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices will be required.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
