Job Description

Job Position: Immigration Consultant/Sales RepresentativeThis is a full-time on-site role in Dubai as an Immigration Consultant/Sales representative. The Immigration Consultant/Sales representative will be responsible for managing and guiding clients through the visa application and immigration process. Duties will include evaluating client eligibility for visa application programs, preparing and filing visa applications, keeping up-to-date on immigration policies, communicating with government agencies, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets.Qualifications:

  • Ready to join us on an immediate basis.
  • Must have knowledge on visa processing bound to countries such as Canada, US, Europe, UK.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone/ in person as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
  • Willing to Go the extra mile to drive sales.
  • Having an experience as an immigration consultant is an advantage, preferably with expertise on the details how to relocate individuals from one country to another.
  • Computer literate such as: Emails, Microsoft Applications.
  • Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the immigration solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve targets as per companys requirement within the given deadline.
  • Guide potential clients through all procedures.
  • Primary goal is to convert leads into actual sales by effectively communicating with client
  • Source and work customer referrals.
