The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of testing activities for technology solutions within the retail and banking sectors. This position requires a deep understanding of retail and banking technology, as well as the ability to effectively analyze and document requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the testing process.

  • Identifying the stakeholders
  • Establishing the roles and the corresponding responsibilities of the different Stakeholders
  • Preparing Point-of-Contacts from Client for interacting with Expleo team for requirements gathering and clarification discussions
  • Business Process Mapping and Requirement Gathering
  • Meeting relevant business stakeholders to understand the current business processes AS IS
  • Preparation of high-level business process maps for TO BE process
  • Preparation of a high-level set of business requirements aligned to Client operations including the Functional and non-functional requirements
  • Methodical review of requirements and business process maps for completeness, clarity, consistency and appropriateness
  • Raising observations and clarifications to relevant stakeholder
  • Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Preparation of detailed list of functional features, business rules, validation points etc.,
  • Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Presentation of the BRD to Client stakeholders
We are looking for immediate joiners and can travel to Dubai as soon as onboarded with us.
