  • Ensure that the hotel is compliant with HACCP Food Safety Management requirements at all times. Ensuring that the municipality local order/regulations/guidelines are complied with.
  • To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.
  • To conduct inspections for Bars/Restaurants and Receiving to ensure CityMunicipalityregulations are being adhered to.Manage and maintain food safety documentation and recordsMonitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.
  • Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelinesComplete and provides regular internal audit reports
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • To laterally coordinate with concerned departments in day to day activities
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Previous experience in the same field
  • Ability to focus attention on business needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times, whilst fostering great relations with all stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
