The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The Human Resources Specialist will also provide support to management on a variety of HR-related topics and initiatives.Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.

  • to be able to set disciplinary actions policy for the company in compliance with Emirati labor law
  • UAE driving license will be an advantage
