Requirements:Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience, and assist in managing offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation processing.Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update our database.Visit government agencies as needed and provide support on government platforms, liaising with relevant authorities as needed.Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and streamline HR processes.Work closely with HR Business Partners to address cross-functional HR needs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.1-2 years of experience in human resources operations.Familiarity with government platforms and processes.Proficiency in English.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
