We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.ROLE PURPOSEAs the HR Rewards & Analytics Specialist ME/NA, this role will be responsible for all topics related to payroll, reward, recognition, and people analytics to improve employee experience and HR program effectiveness in the Middle East and North Africa Management Units (MU), across five affiliate offices. This role will provide operational excellence on key administrative process, and advisory support to the ME/NA HR teams in the development and maintenance of effective rewards programs in line with Beiersdorf Africa Middle East (AME) strategies.We are looking for talent who want to leave a footprint and make a difference in our exciting journey as a Beiersdorf AME HR team. This future HR Rewards & Analytics Specialist ME/NA will be center of excellence partner to the HR team when it comes to total reward and recognition topics.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Processes, Policies and Procedures:

  • Support and execute the key reward and recognition agenda across the ME/NA affiliates in conjunction and in-line with AME plans.
  • Responsible for reward and recognition process review, standardization, and simplification across ME/NA countries.
  • Ensures total reward strategy and compensation practices are consistent across affiliates and are in-line with AME plans. ongoing review of the compensation and benefits structure to ensure alignment with the business strategy and market practice.
  • Provides advice and counsel to HRBPs and acts as a reward and recognition advisor (market benchmarks, projects, best practices, guidelines).
  • Keeps self-abreast of local compensation laws and regulations within ME/NA.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Compensation reviews: end-to-end ownership of compensation reviews in conjunction with MU & CU HR Business Partners.
  • Works closely with the HRBPs during the annual salary planning process. Involved in analysis, gathering market data, benchmarking and review of increase proposals.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end process of performance management and reward cycle (salary increase & bonus) for all ME/NA employees.
  • Lead reward external benchmarking process (incl. management of providers) by participating in reward forums across the key markets.
  • Build a network within the Reward community across the key markets and external industry groups.
  • Conduct and serve as the custodian of the job evaluation process in ME/NA
Operations
  • Own and execute payroll across all 5 affiliate offices.
  • Manage the HR annual budget planning for the ME/NA MUs. Oversee all Personnel Annual Business Planning process (incl. ME/NA level consolidation).
  • Advisor to the MU Finance teams on budget-related topics.
  • Accurate and regular reporting of ME/NA people analytics.
  • Main point of contact for the HRBPs on reward and recognition topics.
  • Main point of contact by the Global Mobility team for ME/NA related moves.
  • Management of international assignment approval and move within the region in collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Own and ongoing maintenance of data governance and reporting.
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all HR templates (offer letters, contracts, agreements, etc.)
  • Preparing and sharing Key HR Metrics across all areas of HR across ME/NA.
  • Lead and implement identified HR Systems.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in analytical Human Resources.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility across multiple geographical markets and at least 4 years experience as a Reward CoE in a commercial organisation preferred.
  • Experience working in a multi-location environment, preferably withME/NA market accountability.
  • Strong interest in numbers, budget planning and improving processes ability to actively challenge the status quo to make an impact to the employee experience.
  • Analytical experience with proven ability to forecast.
  • Experience with managing (personnel) budget planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to link Rewards initiatives with overall ME/NA and AME strategies.
  • Mathematical aptitude, creative problem-solving skills with limited resources, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, fast paced, results driven environment and work well within time critical situations.
  • Ability to communicate complex principles effectively at different levels in the organization, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to influence and operate in a decentralized environment.
  • Excellent ability to use Excel, Power Point and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus (Success Factors).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate and influence at various levels.
