Job Description

VISHNYA Real Estate is seeking a talented and experienced HR/Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a rapidly growing real estate company, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients and maintaining a high-performing team. The HR/Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support our business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Onboarding And Orientation
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each position.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement through various initiatives.
Performance Management
  • Support the performance management process by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, HR policies, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate industry or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
