Key Responsibilities:HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions including employee onboarding, contracts, attendance and HR record management.Policy & Compliance: Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations when required, and provide guidance to managers and staff.Performance Management: Manage performance review cycles, support talent development, and coordinate training initiatives.Recruitment Support: Lead or support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers and external partners.HR Administration: Prepare HR reports, manage HRIS/records, and ensure accurate documentation.Cultural & Language Fit: Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking staff and stakeholders; Tagalog language ability is required.Candidate Profile:Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Manager role or equivalent.Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and UAE labour regulations.Proven ability to run HR operations independently and manage multiple priorities.Fluency in Tagalog (mandatory).Good interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
