HR ExecutiveJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•To develop and implement HR policies and procedures that bring clarity, conformity, and control over HR processes.•To create forms and formats that support these procedures.•To support section heads in their HR functions and continually improve them.•To work with the compensation and benefits function to formulate and improve a harmonized C&B system.•To conduct job analysis, document position descriptions, and finalize job grades to facilitate C&B functions.•To support recruitment activities, including attracting competent personnel, facilitating the selection process, immigration and residency formalities, and overseeing internal processes.•To induct new employees into the company.•To participate in performance management activities.•To work in liaison with site administration and camps to gather updated information on employee details.•To maintain an updated database of employees and produce reports as necessary for various functions.•To support the government affairs section (PRO) with update information to ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations.•To improve employee relations to facilitate employees personal issues and enhance company welfare activities.•To attend employee requests from all levels of employees.•To coordinate with different functions to provide fast solutions for requests.•To monitor the documentation system for its compliance with HR systems and Quality Systems Procedure to avoid non-conformances and ensure continual improvements.Requirements:•Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Minimum 3 years of experience in HR policy development and implementation.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.•Strong organizational and time management skills.
