HR Business Partner Middle East

Provide HR professional support to all the employees and managers working closely with management team;
Build strong relationship with HQ HR team based in Solomeo to ensure global HR initiatives are implemented as the HR Business Partner of the Middle East region;
Responsible for all recruitment process such as assessment of needs, preparation of job description and requirements for the position, choice of the most effective method, selection and job offer;
Handle and take appropriate actions to solve labor and organization issues;
Coordinate along with retail management training and development initiatives;
Manage day-to-day retail HRs requests and issues;
Recommend organizational development based on the constant organization review both of the head office in Dubai and of the stores;
Responsible for implementation of performance and career review of all employees (head office and stores);
Assess the morale of employees through interviews, store visits and make recommendations on its improvement;
Plan and manage all the HR related budgets in close cooperation with HQ HR and the finance department;
Responsible for smooth running of compensation system in close cooperation with the HQ HR;

Ideal Candidate:

Preferred minimum 3 to 5 of previous HR experience, preferably in high end and luxury retail environment;
Broad knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefit, learning and development;
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
Strong understating of retail operations and HR best practices within a retail environment;
Fluent in English and Arabic (the knowledge of Italian is a plus) excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to develop strong working relationships with a customer focus;
