Job PurposeAt Emirates, we have over 160 nationalities in our truly global organisation with talented people employed from every continent. Our HR International team is responsible for supporting and providing HR business partnerships to various business leaders and teams in our global locations.This role is based full-time in our Dubai HQ with remote stakeholders and regular international travel. You will be contributing to the Group HR Strategy, implementing HR programs, supporting business initiatives, ensuring employee engagement, and providing guidance to business leaders.In this role, you will:- HR Business Partnering: Provide HR guidance when delivering HR products and aligning requirements in order to support the department in achieving its goals.- Employee Relations: Work closely with the line managers to support them in managing probation reviews, grievances, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings whilst resolving highly complex employee relations issues.- New Initiatives/Projects: Support the rollout of new organizational and HR initiatives/projects which have significant people implications, and drive strategic and operational change in the business.- HR Process Improvement: Identify HR processes and propose improvements with a focus on customer experience, simplification and efficiency.- Change Management: Lead change projects within the team or support larger/more complex projects by collaborating with colleagues to ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.- Talent Acquisition and Development: Source, select and develop talent by involvement in both local and overseas recruitment campaigns, applying sound selection practices and methodologies to attract and appoint top talent into the business, and coaching managers throughout the process.- Relationship Management: Ensure strong relationships and networks are built across the stakeholders to ensure a seamless, quality-led service to the business.- In summary, this is a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner role that requires a deep understanding of HR processes, change management, and the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Qualifications & ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:- 8 + years experience in HR functions- Degree or Honours in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities)- Regional HR business partnering experience- Strong Employee Relations and union experience- Strong stakeholder management skills, being able to effectively influence and work with challenging stakeholders- International Relations experience is an added advantage- Ability to travel internationallySalary & BenefitsJoin us in a management role and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary.
