We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administration Executive to support our HR department in managing administrative functions, employee records, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.Support payroll processing and attendance management.Assist in administering employee benefits and welfare programs.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.Support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Previous experience in HR administration is preferred but not mandatory.Good knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and confidentiality.
