Job Description

  • Job Title: Hindi Speakers - Call Center Agent
  • Location: Dubai
  • Type: Outsourced
  • contract : 12 Months Extendable
  • Salary : 3500 AED
Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of calls.
