Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Health Services Manager role located in Dubai. The Health Services Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare services, overseeing HR and team management, developing and delivering training programs, and maintaining quality improvement measures. The Health Services Manager will also work closely with medical professionals to ensure that all healthcare services are delivered to high standards of quality and safety.Qualifications

  • HR Management and Team Management skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Knowledge of medicine and medical terminology
  • Experience in quality improvement measures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
