Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issue of materialsLead and train a team of store personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocolsEnsure efficient organization of materials, optimizing storage space and minimizing waste or damageMaintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing materials, and inventory movementsPerform regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with procurement, project management, and other departments to ensure timely supply and availability of materialsReport regularly on stock levels, requirements, and any potential shortages or delaysEnforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards in handling materials and maintaining the storeImplement and manage warehouse management systems to enhance stock control processesQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storeman or in a similar inventory management rolePrior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsProficient in warehouse management software and MS Office applicationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksGood understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse environmentsIf you are an experienced Head Storeman looking to join a dynamic team and tak
