Position: Head of Foundation Stage (FS1 & FS2)Location: UAEExperience: 3+ years in early years settings within British curriculum schoolsKey Responsibilities:Lead the Foundation Stage team to deliver a high-quality, engaging early years curriculum.Ensure curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting meet UK standards.Support the professional development of EYFS teachers.Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young learners.Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies as needed.Liaise with parents and guardians to foster strong home-school partnerships.Contribute to school policies on early years education and child welfare.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, EYFS, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience working in British curriculum early years settings.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support staff.Familiarity with UK EYFS framework and assessment standards.Passionate about child development and creating a nurturing environment.
