As the Head of Digital Banking, the main responsibility will be to develop the team, strategy, and concept from the ground up. Although our client is well-established internationally, this digital banking function is brand new to them, so the successful candidate will have the ability to plan and structure it, while also hiring the right team to work with.The role will also be responsible for the development of the Digital Banking product functionality, as well as adding new products and services to the platform in accordance with their open architecture offering. This will involve searching for innovative fintech solutions that are entering the market.The Head of Digital Banking will be required to implement a strategy for promoting the products and services, as well as optimising the customer experience and customer journeys.In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have extensive experience in the digital banking industry, as well as a track record of launching digital financial solutions from scratch. Ideally, the candidate would have worked with mobile applications in the past, and have experience with managing a cross-functional digital business team.Our client is looking to hire someone that can display excellent knowledge of the financial industry, fintech, and upcoming products and services so that they act early to further develop the digital banking function.
