A total of five characterful restaurants and bars take guests on a culinary trip around the world.We are currently looking for Head Hostess at Ernst Biergartento join the tribe of 25hours Dubai One Central. What you will be doing:
  • Youll supervise the hostesses team make sure that guests arent just contented, but enthusiastic
  • Youll be in charge of the restaurant reservations
  • Youll always keep your cool - even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time.
  • Youll be a role model to all hostessesfrom the first Hello to the final Take care, see you soon
  • Youll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
  • Youll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
  • Youll promote the F&B offer
  • Youll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
  • Youll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
  • Youll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Youve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
  • Youve have experience in working a nightlife venue
  • You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
  • Youre passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
  • Youre not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
