Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details here.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Sushi Buzz located in Dubai. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and managing multi branchea, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The Head Chef will also ensure that all food is cooked to perfection, and that all kitchen and food safety requirements are met. Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
  • Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Passion for food and a desire to create innovative and exciting dishes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of kitchen and food safety requirements and procedures
  • Fluent in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
